I’m dreaming of a dry Christmas.

When I say LA you think sunshine and palm trees, but for many it means cold and rainy nights looking for shelter.

Mark Horvath, of invisiblepeople.tv, is trying to help those that find themselves in that place by telling their stories. This Christmas (and I wish I wasn’t so late in thinking to do this) I want to help him in this cause by seeing the need and helping out. Mark has told me these people need raincoats during this season. For some they’ll wear them as they walk to the local shelter and for others they will become their shelter when there is no more room or they just can’t make it in.

4.29 is all it takes to send a coat, I’d like to send Mark 100 coats. I’ll take the first 10, will you help with the rest?

This deserves a great big HOLY COW! I am so absolutely thrilled that we not only hit the goal but we’ve gone above it.

That was the greatest Christmas present ever!

For the money that goes over I’d like to just give it to Mark, at invisiblepeople.tv, for him to use as needed. Sound good to everyone?

Thank you and may God richly bless your generosity. I know for me, it has been contagious.

We’ve stretched these dollars far…thank you everyone.

On their way to the shelter are:
    100 coats
    120 pairs of socks
    50 bus tokens
And we’re sending Mark something to help as he needs as well.

Well done everyone…it’s been so good to see everyone’s generosity and to see it spread.
