Designer Revenge

designer revenge

Something to think about the next time you:

  • play art director when you should be finishing your sermon
  • ask for the logo to be bigger
  • make every project hot…and then sit on them for a week
  • give valuable feedback like “we want it to pop more”
  • tell the designer you’ll “know it when you see it”
  • explain that you have $0 budget for the new logo of the 3 million dollar building campaign
  • ask if they can just “push a button in photoshop to make it happen”

Your turn: what did I miss?

Oh, if only there were not so much truth to it! :)

    VERY funny though.

@jan You’re so right…why are people so afraid for white space?

You’re paying for the paper and the ink… fill up that space… get your money’s worth!

Great stuff Michael – but one of those sounded like me…

You forgot a VERY important one!

“I want the photo from concept 1 and the fonts from concept 2 and the color from concept 3. Yeah, that will look great.”

Haha! I have to go cry on the parking lot after those! Actually, I’m the creative director at Kenneth Hagin Ministries in Broken Arrow, OK. One of my co-workers found this post and sent it my way!

The thing is, regardless of the position, when we deal with clients, we’re going to hear these! Thanks for sharing! Love it!
